All exhibitor/sponsorship packages are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any questions about sponsorship, contact us at [email protected]. Exhibit tables are open each day: Thursday, April 30, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM through Saturday, May 2, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The exhibits must be open during breakfasts, the refreshment breaks, lunch hour, and evening poster session (refer to final schedule for exact times). Exhibitors are invited to attend sessions and non-monetized meals; tickets are available for purchase.

Luncheon Product Theater Sponsorship: $10,000

Promote your products, services, and technologies directly to industry participants and professionals as a Luncheon Product Theater sponsor. Product Theater Sponsors receive: the same benefits from the Exhibitor package, as well as:
- The same benefits as listed in the Exhibitor Package (above)
- Space for up to 100 participants
- Basic audio-visual
- Listing in the event program as a Product Theater sponsor**
- Product Theater opportunities are available Thursday or Friday, 12:00 – 1:00 PM.

Premium Product Sponsorship
Back by popular demand, Premium Product Sponsorships allow you to customize promotional materials from a variety of useful collateral options. attendees will see, hold, and use items with your name on it throughout the entire conference.
